Xichang Satellite Launch Center has completed 11 Beidou navigation satellite launch missions, and 19 Beidou 3 network satellites and 1 Beidou 2 navigation satellite have been successfully sent into the scheduled orbit. It created a new record of high density and high success rate in the history of Beidou network launch. By the end of 2020, China plans to build a global system consisting of 30 Beidou navigation satellites with global service capabilities.

Like the Beidou network satellites, China's Beidou navigation industry has also developed rapidly in the past year. Yang Changfeng said that this year, Beidou navigation chip sales have reached 72 million pieces, the quality is no less than similar foreign products. "With the implementation of the Yangtze River Delta satellite navigation application demonstration project, Shanghai's Beidou navigation industry has achieved a considerable scale and set a benchmark in the country."

The agreement signed at the "New Space-time Smart Logistics Plan" forum is a new highlight in the development of Shanghai's Beidou navigation industry.
